While Mougins is well known for its prestigious houses, there are several apartments available for sale in many different parts of this very large commune. In the old village of Mougins itself, there are a few apartments available as a result of house conversions, but there are never many on sale. Rather it is in the areas at the foot of the old village that you can find the most apartments.

In the Tournamy are of Mougins there are several programs, such as the Oliviers, which have communal pools. In the Val de Mougins there is the Bellevue, a large complex within walking distance of shops, in which several of the apartments have a sea view. This complex, built on a hillside, benefits from having the roofs "vegetalised" so even those apartments at the top of the slope look out onto greenery. Bellevue has a shared pool set in attractive gardens, and is sought after by many different nationalities as a summer home, as well as by the French. Coast and Country recently sold an 85m² apartment with a 15m² terrace, garage and cellar for 380,000€

Nearby there is Villa Laurie, a small luxury development designed by a Scandinavian architect, where many of the apartments have a Jacuzzi or small swimming pool as well as a sea view. We currently have a 5 bedroomed apartment of more than 200m² with a terrace of 100m² for sale at 1.5 million Euros. To the south-east of Mougins, near Le Cannet there are the apartment blocks of Cannes Etoile and the Panoramique, both of which enjoy spectacular sea views. Prices in these blocks for apartments with sea view and terraces are around 6000€/m².

Finally one should not forget the apartments available on the Royal Mougins Golf which are priced around the 7000€/m², but this price depends on whether lifetime golf membership is included or not.
