Property Description A large stonebuilt character house set in a mature garden in a peaceful setting on the edge of a hamlet overlooking Beziers. At the far end of the pool is a very pleasant games room and seating area with a French billiard table. Off this is the spa room with a jacuzzi hot-tub and shower. The garden is well laid out with a lawn and Mediterranean shrubs and trees and there is an automatic watering system which uses well water. It is completely private and not overlooked. Back in the house the upper floor has 4 double bedrooms. The largest, 24 sq ms, is in the tower and has a small sitting area and a lovely large bathroom with Chinese decor. The other 3 are all double rooms and have cupboards and private TV (as does the tower bedroom). They each have a private bathroom with tub, shower, basin and WC, just one does not have a bath tub. Location : in a peaceful rural setting, overlooking vineyards, 3 kms from the centre of Beziers with its stunning cathedral and great range of restaurants, shops and bars. Convenient access to the A9, and the new A75 will be open soon close by. 3 major airports about one hours drive away - Montpellier, Carcassonne and Perpignan - and not forgetting the airport at Beziers itself which will be serviced by RyanAir from May 2008.
