This delightful old farmhouse has been completely renovated by it current owners over the past 12 years to create a beautiful traditional provençal country home. The property enjoys complete privacy being set amongst its own one and a quarter acre vineyard, large productive fruit orchard (apricots, figs, cherries etc), 300 mature olive trees and a two acre paddock suitable for horses. The maintenance of the vines, olives and fruit orchard is mostly sub-contracted; the olive trees produce about a tonne of olives per year and the vineyard will produce 2,500 litres of wine in an average year. 3.2 acres of the total 7 acres are fenced. The land is generally level and is bounded to the North by the pretty River Argens.
The house has been very tastefully renovated in traditional style. This is still on-going with the last bedroom and bathroom being completed at the moment. To the front of the farmhouse is a superb shady terrace of cobble-stones; to the East is the large sun-terrace with 10m x5m pool and a Summer kitchen which was being used to pickle olives during our visit!
