This delightful country property is set along a quiet country lane, originally the tiny railway line connecting Salernes and Sillans-la-Cascade. Now a gentle cycle track and by-road for the quality houses scattered along it. The house is semi-detached but the small neighbouring property does not impact on it at all. The house was constructed in 1985 with great attention to detail and a view to creating a comfortable neo-Provencal home. Exposed beams, terracotta tiles, old doors etc. But double-glazing, Corian kitchen worktops and doors and windows which slide away into the wall show that no expense was spared in the build. Large master bedroom with hydro bath and separate shower plus walk-in wardrobe. Extensive grounds with a lovely traditional mosaic pool surrounded by olive trees. A gem.
