This spacious townhouse enjoys an excellent location on the edge of the village with a view South across the magnificent Lac de Sainte Croix towards the distant mountains. The village centre is about 200 yards away with bars, restaurants and shops. The house itself is in very good order throughout and consists of, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, large living room with dining area, separate kitchen which opens on,to a small shaded terrace to the rear of the house, shower room with WC, cellar store and under-stair storage.
