This is a superb, rare, stone-built farmhouse set in beautiful countryside just outside the village of Gonfaron. The land consists mainly of vineyards producing excellent Côtes de Provence AOC wines. At present 3.3 hectares have vines and there is the possibility to replant a further 1.2 hectares. A local vigneron looks after the wines - so you only have to drink them if that suits you! The house consists of a lovely stone-built bergerie dating back to about 1800. The spacious interior has been very tastefully and sympathetically refurbished to give comfortable living with gas-fired underfloor heating in much of the property. Several rooms feature exposed stone walls and beams. Outside there is a lovely pool terrace with Summer kitchen, shower and WC. The pool itself is large at 13m x 6m of traditional construction with mosaic finishes and heated by solar panels. A very rare property and excellent value for money.
