Adorable old village house, ideal as holiday home, and located in the center of the old village of Mougins in a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking a small garden. The house dating back more than 100 years has kept its authenticity with its antique terracotta floors and its corner fireplace. You enter through a small hallway leading up to the living room of 25m ² with the fireplace and open plan kitchen, then a few steps lead to the first floor with, straight ahead, a mezzanine with Velux window and wrought iron railing overlooking the living room (which has been converted into an extra bedroom) and a bathroom. To the left is a bedroom with its own shower room, and then a few steps go up to the 20m² south-east facing roof terrace which benefits from a dominant and panoramic view to the sea as well as a summer kitchen. A small door to the right of the entrance gives access to a large room with WC and boiler room which could be converted into a studio/extra bedroom or art gallery as it opens onto the road.
