This unique riverside property features exposed stone walls and traditional wood ceilings throughout. Much of the old mill machinery is still visible, and nowhere more than in the enormous (80m²) main reception room which also features the olive presses. See main photo. The property was renovated in the 1980's but now needs complete revision. The main structure appears sound (not to say massive), but much of the decor is now dated. There is a large double-height barn (about 80m²) attached to the property. Outside there is a small private garden and an overflow swimming pool which looks down onto the waterfall of the River Caramy below. A superb project.
