This private estate is located at 344 Allée des Ormes in Mougins. It is sought after for its calm and its proximity to the Sophia Antipolis technology park, the Arnault Tzank clinic, Mougins School, the Devens school and all the major road axes.
The estate is served by a single road and has a single entrance closed by a gate. There are 34 villas, 26 of which are individual and 8 semi-detached, on a total land area of more than 1.7 hectares. It is a “lotissement” managed by an ASL (Association Syndical Libre), which means that each “coloti” owns its own land (with its own cadastral reference), only the roads, green spaces, lighting, mailboxes, the portal, the garbage room, etc... are common. A voluntary syndic (management committee) made up of a president, a treasurer and a secretary – all owners of the Villas du Parcs – administers the ASL. Because there is no professional management company, the charges for the estate are very reasonable at around €500 per year.
7 models of houses were built with different living areas (between 80m² and 110m²) and interior configurations. The plots vary between 250m² and almost 1000m² with an average of around 400m². Slightly more than half of the houses have swimming pools.
